Freeport, Illinois in the 1970s was the greatest place to be. Every family was living the American dream, they could all afford brand new television sets and automobiles, it was a thriving city. The Scaletta family was at the top, being immigrants from Sicily Italy in the 1950s they saw an opportunity and took it. Everyone in this eccentric city knew the name, some were friends but some were enemies. After a decade of peace and prosperity, the Rose Hill Gang starts making problems. While everyone is distracted with their own happiness the evil Jimmy "Whitey" Cohen goes on a killing spree, taking out every mobster in his sight. The once quiet and joyful city spirals into a dark gang war with bullet casings and bodies dropping every day.
